Charles Grease gun
Order my order was a very late and I was refunded my money. When item finally arrived and did not work. Batteries are charging but the motor doesn't even try to kick in.

The batteries had power and the light worked but everything else was dead. The pump didn't even start once so it was a completely useless device. Despite this, Vevor only offered an absurd 50% refund of the price paid. Ridiculous

Travis Failed to pump grease
Appears to be well made, and designed. Battery appears to have taken the charge. Power not functioning. Unable to get the grease out of the gun as “designed“.

Greg Will not work for me.
The plunger inside the tube will not fit inside the grease tubes. I have tried many brands and none will work. The only way I could get this gun to pump grease is to make a horrible mess and try to squish the grease into the steel sleeve without using an actual grease tube.
When you can actually get grease inside the gun it pumps grease well with high pressure. The battery lasts a long time and it works great, but I can’t use it because I can’t stand the mess of trying to squish grease in the sleeve every time.

The wrong product information and picture is posted in this listing. It is very misleading. The grease gun that was delivered is not what was posted here. The gun shown in the photos can take grease tubes, however the one I received can not. DO NOT BUY

I received the grease gun February 7 I charged the battery and installed the grease cartridge and greased one joint, it was late so I put the grease gun down and called a night. The next day II tried to use the grease gun but it did not work. I checked the battery and it was fully charged nothing happens when I pull the trigger. How do I get it fixed?
