Arrived quickly with all parts. Very heavy duty but not very effective to grasp rock. Definitely a 2 person activity. It is quite long so need a large loader to lift high enough. I will not be able to use as loader will not lift high enough.

So bad we only recieve 2 piece compketly useless now trying to contact them they said they send a other one then lost it and now refuse to rembourse the full thing very frustrating and unhappy if u want it go buy the tool someplace else

Unfortunately when I was trying to pull my first log with my tractor, the log twisted and bent the hook immediately and it was definitely under the maximum weight for use

Aramex are useless they have lied to me about the progress of the shipping and have now lost your parcel, Please send my parcel with Australia Post, Thanking You

Jamais reçu, demandé et reçu remboursement rapidement

I haven't received the log tongs. They were paid for and shipped, but I have yet to see them. I have reached out to your customer service several times and haven't had any answers. I either want my money back or send me the log tongs I ordered!

Delivered somewhere else. The delivery picture is CLEARLY NOT MY HOUSE. Customer service is impossible to deal with. Out the cost of the purchase and my hands are tied.

Tongs do not open when unit dropped on log, not as depicted in videos. Eyelet atop that you can allegelly connect to a chain is far to small to fit a chain actually. Not a real chain anyway. Would love to return this useless piece of equipment gathering cobwebs in my shop. Junk Chinese stuff not made to any decent specs.

Bought these and first time I used them they bent all to hell Now they wont grip the logs right

First time I used it back on a 18 inch log
