the great tool is well made it does the job, very positive these days as often items don't work as promised this one simply does the job well. Great work

The overall build and usability of the bending brake is quite good. It is quite heavy and suited for the job. The edges on the base, knife and anvil are all straight and sharp. There are just a few minor craftsmanship and and quality control issues. The first is the handle on the left side does not fit. The shaft on the handle is 9.8 mm, but the hole into which it must fit is only 9.6 mm. While this is easily remedied with a 3/8" HSS drill bit, it should be necessary. The right side fits just fine. The set screw for the knife depth on the left side was almost all the way out. Again, this seems like a minor and easily remedied issue, but it is likely the reason the angle bracket holding the screw on that side is ever so slightly bent. This probably occurred in shipping, but would not have happened if the set screw had been set flush. There is also signs of rusting at this corner, which are apparent at various places on the entire tool. This was present when the tool arrive, and it has been stored in a controlled environment since then. Again, minor and easily remedied. Again, it shouldn't be necessary. And finally, the instructions specify the bending brake should be fastened to the bench with 3/8" bolts. The holes in the base are too small for that. You will need to either use a slightly smaller bolt or drill out the holes to match. None of these issues are show stoppers, and I still highly recommend the tool.

Good stuff except for handle that are bend after 2 times.

Very sturdy (actually heavy metal) and great price. I do think they could improve the way you tighten the clamp that holds the metal in place, there are a pair of wing nuts, one at each side of the holddown clamp but they are a little awkward to turn especially when you try to loosen them.

Good for the money don’t expect Bend heavy gauge material. Definitely change out the wing bolts to a hex head bolts so you can use an impact wrench to tighten them down so there’s minimal flex when bending the material.

A good little unit. Small jobs. Took care of some duct revisions I needed to make when installing new furnace

Not bad for a really basic bender, paint job needs improvement, packaging is good arrived undamaged

put it together made a battery tray and an access door on my house for my spa/tub both came out also made a new downdraft for my roof swamper on my mobile that was good has well lowered my electric bill from aroun $200 last year for July th $105.00 this July and I am thrilled very sturdy hanlde 24g sheet metal no problem highly useful
