oh my gosh!! this thing is FANTASTIC! I bought it on the Labor Day sale and I’m SO GLAD I did!! I’ve had a whirlpool gas range top for years now that I could never get regulated correctly. it always burned so hot that I couldn’t simmer even on the smallest burner. I’m on propane so I had to change out the nipples but those were included so no biggie. I was a little concerned because this one has a plastic gas line connection but I read that was becoming increasingly common so was not unusual. Hooked this baby up and she burns SO EVENLY! the simmer burner can be turned down to the lightest simmer! the middle burner is a BEAST but can be turned down to purr too! it looks amazing, had lots of space, and I love the safety shut off feature if the flame goes out (my whirlpool didn’t have that). I LOVE MY NEW STOVE! I can’t wait to make something that requires carefully calibrated heat!! my little gas sniffer says everything sealed up good and safe. BUY IT! it’s at LEAST as good as the $800 gas ranges at Lowe’s!!

I bought it back in August to replace a worn out stove top in a mobile home on family vacation property. It works great and looks great.

I like the 36” cooktop with its four different burner sizes. I think choosing the smallest burner that will do the job will probably prevent a lot of burnt pans in my house. However, one of the igniters does not work properly. I consider this a minor issue because it is the very large center burner, which I will rarely use, and if I do ever need it, I can easily light it with a lighter or match. Vevor’s chatbot originally offered me a 50% refund while allowing me to keep the cooktop. I said I would rather have them tell me how to fix it, send me a new igniter, or whatever. They came back with an offer of 100% refund and let me keep the cooktop, which I accepted. It is apparently more economical for them to give me my money back rather than to get involved in repairs or to send me a replacement. And it is better for me because I avoid the work of installing the replacement. Even though they are apparently not equipped to provide real service support, they do want to keep their customers happy, and I am very happy because I now have a free cooktop that is way better and easier to clean than the one I had for the previous 41 years, and the four burners I actually use all work perfectly. I may or may not bother to look for an aftermarket igniter that will fit the fifth burner.. The truth is, I would have been happy even without a refund, because I really like the cooktop, which I consider an incredible value for just $209. I expected to have to pay 3 times that.

The quality is top notch. The cut out in my granite was about 1/16 of an inch smaller for my prior GE cooktop. It was simple to cut the granite in place with a mini tile saw with a dry cut blade and my son using a shop vac to catch the dust. I actually think it is sturdier that the GE one I replaced.

VEVOR’s after-sales service is absolutely terrible. My grill arrived damaged and broken in several places. I immediately sent VEVOR photos showing all the damage, and it has now been more than two weeks without the problem being resolved. I should not have to keep chasing customer service for a solution to a product that arrived damaged. The lack of communication and urgency is extremely disappointing. The product arrived broken, and VEVOR’s customer service has made the situation even worse. I expected much better from VEVOR. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Purchased a 36 inch, 5 burner gas stove and received one that was too small, 33 3/4 inch

Purchased this to replace my existing 36” range, this range is actually only about 33.5” so it will fall through my existing opening, it’s inches too small. Did not realize until it arrived and looked at the template. The box itself is 36” but the product is not. So I don’t really know how well it works etc, but it does look nice. This should not be advertised as a 36” unit.
