We needed something to keep the back door entrance dry and snow free for the wintertime. Saw an ad for Vevor awnings ....
The prices were way below what Lowes or Home Depot wanted for their products, So I thought for under a hundred bucks I would chance it.
Shipping was pretty fast and I received the awning box in good condition. After reading the instructions it went together fairly quickly, and my wife was surprised at how fast and easy it went on. Absolutely love it and will be ordering one for the garage.

Josiah Whitelow Looks nice at a great price
So far I can say this is a great product. We purchased 2 units. Was very easy to install just using the manual but vevor also has YouTube videos so that was also a help.
Very nice and durable but we’ll have to see what happens in high winds but so far they have cut the heat from coming in our windows and they look great.
Only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars was because the only color option was black. I could’ve painted them a brown to match the house better but we opted to paint our decorative shutters black. Price was great.
Thanks.

Manny_M Needs separate roof flashing
44x24 pollici
The gap between the wall and sun shade is big due to stucco irregularities which allows water to seep in and reach the door/window. Price is good but needs additional flashing "Z" to offer complete protection.

I have been happy with my vevor buys so far. The awning seams to be a good by. I like the fit and we will see how they stand up to a BC winter.

RBOB Plastic film
I brought and installed the fix black awning. It has a thin clear plastic coating. Am I supposed to take it off? If so, how do I? Can I also paint over it with or without the plastic?
