Looks great installed. The plastic protector on the metal took over an hour to remove. Needs to be a thicker plastic.

Manny_M Needs separate roof flashing
44x24 pollici
The gap between the wall and sun shade is big due to stucco irregularities which allows water to seep in and reach the door/window. Price is good but needs additional flashing "Z" to offer complete protection.

Mildred Best Darn Awning Ever!
44x24 pollici
I have purchase these awning before and they are truly a great value and also very attractive. I have received the most incredible review when people walk by my home and they always ask where did you get them.
These awning hold their shape, protect from wind, rain and hail, Beautiful and easy to install.
Now, the instructions aren't the absolute best but if you know how to put things together you can figure it out.
I am HIGHLY RECOMMENDING .. I will say HURRY they SELL OUT QUICK
