Great purchase ! Made my life so much easier this year!

Used this unit for the first time a couple weeks ago, 9/4/26. I was skeptical being the unit was less than $100. But it quickly won me over, it did nothing but impress. Starting with the ease of assembly: Everything went together simple as it should, the powerful motor and auger operation perfect, and of course the sauce was smooth & delicious. I only made a couple gallons, but I’m very happy and impressed with how it worked. And, cleaning it was a breeze too. Everything comes apart so washing each piece was very easy. If I had one con, it would be to make the bowl a little larger. The one it comes with works fine, you just need to fill it more often.

I purchased this two process large quantities of tomatoes. The spout where the product comes out is pretty low if you place it on the counter. It was too low to use a regular bowl so I ended up using a roasting pan that was a little flatter. Also, the funnel spout tends to leak a little bit. I placed a towel underneath everything to catch drips. Overall, it is a great purchase and I highly recommend.

Extremely happy with his purchase. For years, I’ve used a hand crank. Plastic machine that tuckered my arm after the first half bushel of tomatoes. I can’t tell you how sweet it was to just have to push the plunger and add the tomatoes on this machine. I made sauce, purée and spaghetti sauce all using this machine and the outcome was fantastic. I also used this machine to do the tomatoes for salsa, skins, and all, quicker than ever smoother than ever and 36 pints later, everyone is enjoying it. I wish I would’ve bought an electric strainer 40 years ago! Can’t wait to use it again. Built well very sturdy connections are good and secure I had no leakage at any of the connections.

Worked way better than I had expected for the price! Made both salsa and sauce and it cut the time it used to take me by at least 75% and my sauce is a better product! The only thing I would say is that it is a little louder than I'd like but overall I would definatley recommend this!
