Mit Einstecken der Seilwinde sind Funken aus dem Gerät geflogen. Die Sicherung ist rausgeflogen und ich musste danach meinen PC neu aufsetzen und meine Heizung zurücksetzen und neu starten. Das Gerät ist eine Gefahr für jeden Haushalt.

I used it for the first time last night. It failed. I was lifting 450 pounds with it and it started smoking and jammed up. I could not get it to raise or lower, when I finally got it to lower the cable had been so jammed up that it was all kinked. When it did start to lower it had been unwinding and the anvil fell to the floor and cracked the concrete. Do not buy this item it cannot lift what it advertises.

The hoist is very handy, however the nut that holds the top hook came undone under laod. It was only sheer luck nobody was injured by the load falling or from the hoist itself crashing down and smashing istelf on the concrete. I'm waiting on a response from Vevor for my request to replace the hoist. Check the top hook nut and look at using something to prevent it coming undone inadvertantly.

General operation is fine except for excessive travel once the Up/Down button on the remote is released. Maybe there is an issue with the brake. I intend to contact tech. support.

We have bought 4 of these and seem very good for the price. We have one unit that has smoke when under load and a burning smell to it.I emailed for tech support and still no response. I reached out to the returns and they want a vidoe of the smoke when it happens as if they don't believe us.. I have nothing to pull or lift at this time so I have to wait until i have something to prove my case. oh ya, no phone number to speak with a real person which is very sad!!

Aucune des deux télécommandes ne fonctionnent , ce qui peut arriver , mais rien dans les notices d'emploi pour les synchroniser , après de multiples demandes pour essayer de régler ce problème avec le service après vente , on se rend très vite compte qu' il n'y a que des chat bots en face qui nous font tourner en rond . Retour à l'envoyeur ...
