The hoist works a treat. I love using the remote so that I can use the hoist to shift very heavy items around in my shed, like excavator buckets, rock breakers etc. Previously I had been using a hand winch, but this is so much easier, and faster.

This device was perfect for the use that I needed. It connected easily, was able to lift the 400 pounds that we needed, although it is rated 3 times that. Worth the investment for smaller jobs that don't require massive hoists.
