Great product. Did the job for lifting and pulling . If I do it again I would purchase the remote control. Did not think that I would need it but pulling in a car on to ramps the remote would have made a huge difference.

This product is great for lifting new water heaters into the attic and lowering the old heavy water heater down out of the attic. With the remote control one person can do the work of three people.

A great little machine. Saves a lot of heavy lifting.
One issue was that the cap on one of the carbon brushes was not secured and after a few pulls the cap came off and the winch stopped dead. I thought there was something more serious though customer service suggested I open the device and check the brushes. An easy fix.
In hindsight a remote control would have been useful as the remote cord is shorter than the travel length. But, yep, money well spent.

Electric hoist arrived in 3 days. The quality looks great and it works well. I have used the corded remote and also the wireless remote which works really well, in fact I have removed the corded remote and will just used the wireless one. I lifted a 100 Kg load and it managed that as expected. It has a bit of overrun when the button is released but I can live with that. Overall for the price it looks to be a good product and I'm hoping it will give me good service.
