Winde wurde schnell geliefert, aber Verteilerbox hatte Macke. Eine Schraube ausgerissen. Mit Sekundenkleber repariert. Für den Preis i.O. , aber Zugentlastung für Bedienteil wäre angebracht. Überlastungsschalter wäre auch ganz schön. Abdichtung der Verteilerbox habe ich bei baugleiche Winden schon professioneller gesehen. Für den Preis kann man halt solche Feinheiten nicht erwarten.

Grundsätzlich ist die Seilwinde sehr gut und funktional, jedoch ist sie beschädigt angekommen, wobei die Verpackung nicht beschädigt war. Der obere Teil des Anschlusskasten vom Motor ist abgerissen gewesen. Da ich elektrotechnisch bewandert bin, konnte ich alles wieder reparieren, leider ist somit die Gewährleistung dahin, das Zurücksenden von diesem schweren Motor wollte ich mir aber nicht antun (ist der größte Motor mit 1200kg Hubleistung) Motor wird zum Heben von Booten in einer Bootshütte eingesetzt. Ich habe noch vier weitere bestellt, ich hoffe, dass diese nicht beschädigt sind.

Die Seilwinde hat einen geringen Preis. Sie wirkt robust und tut ihre Arbeit. Mein Kritikpunkt ist die Qualität der Elektrodose: Diese war schon bei der Lieferung nicht korrekt am Motor verschraubt, sodass sie mir entgegen gefallen ist. So musste ich die Kondensatordose abschrauben, um an die Schrauben zu kommen, die nicht richtig angezogen waren. Zunächst war das Problem gelöst. Kurz darauf kam mir die Elektrodose wieder entgegen, der Kunststoff an den drei Schrauben gerissen war! So hängt das Kabel für die Bedieneinheit an dieser Dose und hat keine Zugentlastung! Damit war das Reißen eine Katastrophe mit Ansage. Kann man reparieren. Schön ist es nicht. Einen Tod muss man sterben: günstiger Preis oder super Qualität. Beides zusammen geht nicht.

Fraco produto. Foi entregue tal como anunciado. No entanto, o comando apresentou muitos problemas de funcionamento. Instruções de montagem insuficientes. Materiais de pouca qualidade. O cabo de aço não enrola como deve ser e perdeu rapidamente o plástico protetor. Não recomendo.

Arrived damaged but no shipping box damage. Electrical enclosure was all busted. Contacted customer service and they sent me a new enclosure (2 weeks later). Enclosure replacement required cutting and resplicing wires. After this was fixed, I noticed the bolts and washers for mounting brackets were not in the box. Contacted customer service again and they refunded me $11 to buy the bolts and washers. Drove 25 miles round trip with $4 a gallon gas to get hardware and they cost me $11.40. Not a good experience. Hoist now seems to work fine.

Ce treuil est livré avec des fixations pour s'adapter sur la rallonge du bras de support qui fait un carré de 40X40, mais si on ne veux pas utiliser cette rallonge mais que la barre principale il nous faut 2 fixations de 50X50! J'ai envoyé plusieurs demandes un ticket à été ouvert mais AUCUNE réponse ne m'a été donné!!! Je ne peux donc pas utiliser le treuil car j'ai besoin de soulever plus que 150Kg qui est donné avec la barre qui allonge le bras de support. Je ne sais plus quoi faire pour obtenir une réponse de votre part malgré mes relances par mail... Espérant obtenir une réponse et un lien pour pouvoir acheter ces fixations...

Preiswert, schnell geliefert und funktioniert wie erwartet

When my hoist arrived the cover on the back was cracked and broken. I contacted the vevor team, they wanted pictures which I sent. At this point they were willing to give me $30 dollars or replace the item. Since the broken part did not affect the performance I opted for a $30 refund. When they informed me it would only happen if I had a pay pal account which I don't, I opted for a replacement part instead. They agreed and a few days later a whole new "hoist arm" arrived!!! WTF I wrote back and said they had sent the wrong part, they wrote me back and said we replaced the part simply throw the first one away and keep the new one! At that point I just gave up!

I wasn't going to write a review, but got an email specifically asking me to so figured I'd share my experience. I've purchased a few Vevor products in the past through Amazon and have generally had good experiences. When I was looking for this hoist I couldn't find this specific model on Amazon, but found one that I'm pretty sure is identical from another manufacturer. Ended up finding the ability to purchase this one directly from Vevor and was 10 bucks cheaper than the other branded one on Amazon so thought I'd order direct this time. When the hoist arrived, the junction box and fan shroud were smashed, which I'm confident was damaged during shipping. I contacted Vevor who after providing them with several photos agreed that the unit was damaged when I received it and said they would send me a replacement junction box, fan and fan shroud and advised that it would take a week or two to arrive. I was a little surprised they didn't offer to replace the unit as I'm not sure everyone may be capable of replacing the parts, but as I'm a fairly handy guy thought no problem I can change out some parts. I got another email a week or two later that the parts they were shipping had been lost in transit and they offered me $20USD to source local parts to repair it with. I was able to replace the junction box, but there's no way I'll ever find a shroud that'll bolt up where the old one was. I was then advised a week later that my refund of $20CAD was being processed. The change in currency amounts to 7 bucks difference which wasn't enough to worry about but was a little disappointing that it was changed. I do have the unit installed on unistrut trolleys in my garage and it works well so far for hositing tires up to a rack mounted 8' off the ground in my garage. I like the hoist, but the experience of purchasing through Vevor wasn't great. In hindsight I wish I'd paid the extra 10 bucks to get the unit from Amazon as returning it if it were damaged would've been much smoother.
