Showed up promptly. Unboxed and mounted it. Going up it sounds smooth and quiet. Going down thought there’s a clanking and grinding noise in the gearbox. Not sure how i feel about using it to lift anything if something in the gearbox was to let loose. Hopefully vevor is able to replace gearbox to solve the issue. Video url upload won’t work either to upload. Can email video to appropriate person.

Received the hoist and it was damaged, contact vevor and have got absolutely no where in regards to returning it ,just a big run around, , it’s been over a week now and have got no where in regards This company has zero customer service or support, I would highly recommend not dealing with them as it is apparent that if there is a issue they will not help you

this is a piece of junk. rated to 880lbs- couln't even lift 225lb. Dont waste your time

A lâché au bout de 2 h de fonctionnement!

Suite à un achat de deux chariots et un palan électrique pour chariot, je suis énormément déçu de mon achat. Je n'ai pas de problème avec les chariots mais le palan électrique ne fonctionne pas. Il y a un claquement au niveau du moteur mais rien ne se passe. Après une demande au service après vente, je n'ai eu pour réponse de suivre un tuto qui ne m'apporte rien. Très très mauvaise expérience avec VEVOR. Cordialement

The actual hoist is as expected. But the wire rope is super cheesy. It is a very fine stranding which seems to cause it to get tangled on the spool (even with constant tension). It tangles to the point that when lowering it, it starts raising again since the layers of rope get messed up on the spool. I tried to replace the cable with a much better one, but the unit is set up so replacement is not possible, or certainly not easy.

Grundsätzlich ist die Seilwinde sehr gut und funktional, jedoch ist sie beschädigt angekommen, wobei die Verpackung nicht beschädigt war. Der obere Teil des Anschlusskasten vom Motor ist abgerissen gewesen. Da ich elektrotechnisch bewandert bin, konnte ich alles wieder reparieren, leider ist somit die Gewährleistung dahin, das Zurücksenden von diesem schweren Motor wollte ich mir aber nicht antun (ist der größte Motor mit 1200kg Hubleistung) Motor wird zum Heben von Booten in einer Bootshütte eingesetzt. Ich habe noch vier weitere bestellt, ich hoffe, dass diese nicht beschädigt sind.

Die Seilwinde hat einen geringen Preis. Sie wirkt robust und tut ihre Arbeit. Mein Kritikpunkt ist die Qualität der Elektrodose: Diese war schon bei der Lieferung nicht korrekt am Motor verschraubt, sodass sie mir entgegen gefallen ist. So musste ich die Kondensatordose abschrauben, um an die Schrauben zu kommen, die nicht richtig angezogen waren. Zunächst war das Problem gelöst. Kurz darauf kam mir die Elektrodose wieder entgegen, der Kunststoff an den drei Schrauben gerissen war! So hängt das Kabel für die Bedieneinheit an dieser Dose und hat keine Zugentlastung! Damit war das Reißen eine Katastrophe mit Ansage. Kann man reparieren. Schön ist es nicht. Einen Tod muss man sterben: günstiger Preis oder super Qualität. Beides zusammen geht nicht.

Purtroppo non ho mai ricevuto il materiale ordinato, dopo un mese di attesa ho sollecitato la consegna, mi hanno risposto che preferivano rimborsare la spesa d'acquisto, puntualmente arrivata. Ho ritentato un secondo acquisto, speriamo abbia un seguito migliore.
