+ Working as expected.
+ Easy to operate.
+ Long cable (about 3 meters) to the controls.
- Powecabel should be a little longer.
Quality?
- One welded bolt where missing, Easy to fix.

Leveransen kom aldrig fram.

counterculturecustom They do not to stand behind their products
The hoist is fine, and works well, but it arrived with a nasty kink in the cable, and customer service is giving me an absolute runaround. They offered me $20 to buy and install a new cable, then $32, and now say, after review, that the cable is usable!

So*** They did not deliver on the scheduled date.
So far I'm really upset because they scheduled delivery and it's been 7 days and they still haven't delivered it. It's very bad for me; if it takes another day longer I'm going back to get my money back.
