Never arrived after 10 days. VEVOR says it was lost and refunded purchase. Not sure how you lose something with a tracking number. Bought Harbor Freight instead.

Per Ola Svenke Sharp sound
I was surprised by the sharp sound when lowering the load (approx. 110kg) for each chain-element. The sound was so high that I was afraid something was wrong or destroyed. I couldn't see any damage or failure, so I suppose this is normal.
Any how, please inform me if this isn't right!

The chain block is unable to lift its rated capacity. It can only lift approximately half of the stated load. Beyond that point, the unit becomes inoperable and cannot be used safely.
