The chain fall hoist works well for what I need. It came in with several dents in the housing, but I straightened it out pretty good and for the shop I don't need it to be perfect. I didn't want to spend the time and hassle to return it. Cosmetic issues only ..... works fine.

When I received this chain hoist it was damaged . I have yet to find out who I can talk with so I can return it. Every place I go to is a dead end without any person I can speak to . This has weakened my confidence in Vevor's customer service . I must add the quality of this chain hoist lack a lot to be desired . I have purchased many items in the past with good results , but I will thinks twice before I purchase anything else.
