Reçu vitre brisée.

J’ai reçu mes panneaux solaires et, dès la réception, l’un d’entre eux présentait une déformation du profilé. J’ai immédiatement effectué une réclamation auprès du vendeur et, à ce jour, je suis toujours dans l’attente d’une réponse. Ne pouvant pas attendre davantage, j’ai malheureusement été contraint d’installer les panneaux. Lors des premiers essais, nouvelle mauvaise surprise : en plein soleil et panneau complètement déconnecté du régulateur, je ne mesure que 13,30 V directement à ses bornes. Cette tension étant beaucoup trop faible pour permettre une charge correcte de ma batterie via mon régulateur MPPT, le panneau est donc inutilisable dans ces conditions. Je suis particulièrement déçu de cette situation, d’autant plus que j’avais besoin de ces panneaux pour mon installation. J’espère maintenant obtenir un remboursement intégral afin de pouvoir acheter rapidement des panneaux de meilleure qualité et plus performants. Je déconseille donc pour le moment cet achat, en attendant de voir comment le vendeur va gérer ma réclamation.

Het PV-paneel werd volgens planning geleverd. Helaas was de doos beschadigd en ook het aluminium frame om het PV-paneel. Door tijdgebrek toch in bedrijf genomen en functioneert wel goed, maar toch jammer van de beschadiging.

I ordered a portable power station from Vevor along with a second battery and the solar panels. They cancelled the batteries and now I am stuck with this product. It is not compatible with other power stations. I have the Ecoworthy and it does not connect.

Les panneaux on l’air de fonctionner mais par contre de très mauvaise qualité. Profiler alu très fragile n’ayant pas le temps d’attendre j’ai préféré les garder et négocier un remboursement partiel

I purchased directly from Vevor online I bought the 200-watt monocrystalline solar panel. I'm extremely disappointed I used to be a shipping clerk, and this definitely was not packed for interstate shipping The panel was packed as if it was being delivered 1 block away. The Package looked like it had been in a war zone. The cardboard stock is flimsy and not sturdy cardboard at all, I did not take the panel out as I could see the damage, just opening the package, the inserts to keep panel in place were not taped to the panel, so they weren't much help in keeping panel secured. Now, to be fair, I do understand the shipper should have been way more careful and there is a certain amount of blame to go to them for sure, but the box had no "fragile handle with care" tags, and as I said it's flimsy cardboard and it in my opinion was packed VERY poorly, as if a child or someone who takes no care or pride in their job at all, packed this. When I called, the agent said she would email a return label, instead I got an email saying someone would reach out to me. So, I went to the website, on the website chat. They sent me an email to send pictures, which I did, then the agent said someone would reach out to me within 48 hrs. First impressions are everything and honestly, I am not feeling this company at all now. the way the operator on the phone said she would ship a return label and then doesn't etc. at this point, I cannot recommend vevor at all, I am extremely disappointed. all they had to do was PACK IT CORRECTLY FOR INTERSTATE SHIPPING I just had a heart attack, and I really don't need this kind of stress or hassles. At this point judging by how it was packed and by the little interaction I've had, I am not assured that this return is going to be a smooth streamlined process, resulting in customer satisfaction. I am 60 yrs. old and I can tell when a return process is customer orientated or not, now if I am wrong, I will update my review and I will do them a solid, but their return process is making me feel like they are purposely dragging their feet. I would ask for another panel, but I feel if they can't take the time and effort to pack it correctly the FIRST time, I don't feel very confident in a 2nd attempt. in fact, based on my shipping clerk experience whoever packed this should be fired and whoever okays this kind of packing methodology should be fired. IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. at this point basing my experience I give them 0 stars, but the app forces me to make a choice so at this point 1 star I will update this review or give a new review when they return my money. Sorry Vevor but respectfully, you are not making me feel assured about the whole process at this point. from the way it was packed and shipped to the return process, please return my money and hire better shipping clerks and shipping supervisors. This whole thing could have been avoided if it was packed correctly Thank you

I'm glad to write a review. We never received the solar panels! They kept pushing back the delivery date. But finally said we would not receive them. They did, however, give us a refund. It was frustrating anyway, that we didn't receive the items ordered.

I bought two of the 400W panels because of the price and if thats your main criteria, you'll be ok with the purchase. I live in Texas and on a bright sunny day with no cloud, the max I've seen is 250watts. So when I look at bang for the buck its been a decent deal especially since it included shipping for the price. So overall, its fine...

Bonjour, panneau installé plein sud, je suis très surpris que le voltage stagne à 13,6 à 13,8 volts plein soleil à 14 h sur le référentiel il est donné v 14,3 volts, pouvez vous me donner la raison de cette faiblesse de rendement. Ce panneau me permet de recharger la batterie moteur de mon camping car.
