Nn male dai fa il suo lavoro é abbastanza soddisfacente, perfetta per la casa perché si piega e si ripone. Occupa poco spazio.

Love my new back extension machine, good quality,great price, easy to assemble...what I love the most is I can fold it up and put it away until next time . Trying to build up my back so I don't bulg a another disk in my back.. this machine will help me get my back muscle in shape and stronger..

Sarò conciso. Arrivata intatta, montata velocemente e semplicemente. Pro: - costa poco. Letteralemente la panca più economica sul mercato - che avevo trovato io. Contro: - lo spazio per appoggiare i piedi è MOLTO piccolo, ridotto, e BASSO. Nel senso che stai praticamente con le punte piegate nel pavimento. Dall'immagine si dovrebbe vedere. Questo risulta un po' scomodo per me. - le maniglie non sono molto large e quando ti pieghi per fare l'esercizio ci sbatti contro. Cioè ti pieghi in avanti, e con le braccia prendi dentro alle maniglie. Io non sono molto largo ma se lo sei, può essere molto scomodo. Do 4 stelle perchè costa poco, ma la qualità è bassa. Alla fine fa il suo lavoro, se vuoi fare back extension. Cioè letteralmente deve solamente essere una panca a 45°, non è così difficile, dai. Se vuoi fare dip - come si vede anche dalla foto - è troppo bassa. Il fatto che la panca sia bassa e l'appoggio dei piedi credo siano i problemi più importanti.

weil ich über 1,9m groß (>90kg) bin ist die Hyperextensionbank ideal für mich. Das Gerät ist eindeutig nichts für kleine Menschen. Weiterhin fehlt für mehr Sicherheit ein Bein bzw. Waden- bzw. Anschlag, wie man es von anderen Geräten her kennt. Die Fußplatte hat zwar eine Aufkantung, die funktioniert aber ist nicht immer optimal. Die Verstellungstechnik für Höhe und Neigung ist gut aber die beiden Sicherungknaufs sind beide etwas zu klein vom Durchmesser. So muss man zu viel Kraft aufwenden um die Verschraubung festzuziehen. Die vordere Stahlfußkonstruktion war nicht optimal im Design. Einige "Beulen" im Vierkantträger lassen auf eine Ruck Zuck Fertigung schließen. Bei dem Preis ist dieses jedoch leicht zu verschmerzen; ähnliche Geräte kosten deutlich mehr. Das Aufbauen des Gerätes mit dem beigefügten (Alibi) Werkzeug ist zwar theoretisch möglich aber nicht sinnvoll. Daher sollte man sein eigenes Profi-Werkzeug parat haben. Die angegebene Belastungsgrenze sehe ich als etwas übertrieben an. Hier würde ich 120 kg angeben. Fazit: Der Hersteller hat ein gutes preiswertes Übungsgerät gebaut mit kleinen Schwächen; die ich für mich nicht als bedeutsam halte. Daher von mir eine Kaufempfehlung.

This product is a great value. For the price-point, the quality is better than I expected. The only issue I had is that the hip padding can't be lowered enough to fit my body. I'm 5' 10" but my legs just aren't long enough to fit the shortest setting. I made a modification to shorten the tubing that controls the pad height and now it's perfect for me. If you're a taller person I think that for the money you will be pleased. But if you're a shorter person, I think you will run into the same issue I did. Also, the platform where your feet go is slippery and somewhat of a steep incline, so it can be a nuisance trying to keep your feet where they need to be. I fixed this with a simple solution where I bought a thin self adhesive rubber sheet that I trimmed down to the exact size of the foot platform surface and after making sure the platform was cleaned thoroughly, I adhered it to the platform surface and now my feet don't slip any longer. If these modifications are something you'd rather avoid them there are other manufacturers that have similar products. But I am glad I bought Vevor's product because I like the design, the degree adustabilty and height adjustability features, and I like the quality it offers at one of the lowest price-points I was able to find. If you decide to purchase this product, just remember to grow tall enough. I forgot to do that and had to make a modification because of it.

Difficult to assemble, due to abysmal instructions. Which of course is kind of the norm for ''assemble yourself'' online purchases. All the pieces were there in the end, and I managed to put it together. I'm 98 kg and it feels solid enough to do the hyperextensions I wanted it for. Even holding some weight. The padding is not that good, but Ok for the time being. I've used it for a short while, so I don't know how reliable it will be long term.
