Janet from Texas

The seat is at a perfect height. The quality of the wood wasn't as good as I expected. We had an issue with one of the legs, but the AMAZING customer service department took care of it. They communicated with me frequently, keeping me up to date on how the problem was being resolved, which it was, to my satisfaction.

RonaldNickles it is damaged and smells
20 pollici
I purchased this item on August 23rd, 2026 and received it August 25th, 2026. When I opened the package you could smell the mold before I saw it. The entire product is stained and moldy. It looks like it may have been packaged damp/wet.
I am trying to get a refund from Vevor and instructions as to what to do with this damaged product.

bascaturro Poor quality and quality control
20 pollici
I'm shocked you asked me for a review since I had to return my first order because of the discolored/unevenly stained bench legs. The replacement order was also defective. I wanted to return it, but instead you offered me a full refund. I appreciate that. In order to be of use to me, I needed to totally sand and restain the stool. I don't think I can ever use it in the shower. Very poor quality and quality control.

Dupée Teck ???
20 pollici
