Questo prodotto ha funzionato benissimo per ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Le nicchie sono di buone dimensioni e si adattano alle nostre bottiglie di shampoo. È arrivato con uno scaffale ingombrante che avrebbe dovuto essere posizionato nella nicchia più grande. Alla fine non l'abbiamo usata perché la piastrella non si adattava allo scaffale o non aveva un bell'aspetto. Abbiamo preso un pezzo di marmo e abbiamo invece creato lo scaffale. Inoltre è arrivato con uno strano bullone per il processo di installazione. Tuttavia il mio appaltatore è riuscito a installarlo senza problemi.

Item was cracked when received. Have not heard back yet if Vevor will credit me, poor customer service.

First one received damaged ! Dealing with (NON) customer service is deplorable ! Spent 3 weeks dealing with TWO reps, Finally got a replacement but the tiling project was delayed by two weeks. I have bought from Vevor before but thankfully never needed customer service.

La niche de douche est craquée.. colis très endommagé

I ordered VEVOR Shower Niche, 16 x 32 inch + 16 x 32 inch Recessed Wall Niche with Movable Shelf. But received wrong items. I have contacted Vevor via chat, since no phone number for customer service, and told them that received wrong items. It’s been almost two days, but have not received any conclusion yet. I’m so frustrated write now. Hopefully Vevor send me the return label with the instruction on when to drop off.

I ordered these niches for a shower that I had estimated would take 3days to complete. VEVOR used freezer and UPS and by the time I received my package it was the day after I had already bought new ones because the shipping company lost my package and VEVOR won’t return the items because it’s not their fault. UPS says it’s not their fault. So I guess it’s my fault for using either one.
