Ian Shower niche
1 Ripiano 40,64 x 40,64 cm
The product shipped fast and was as expected from the photos and description. It was an international shipment the box arrived with damage that caused damage to the niche. But vevor a great customer service team took care of the issue fast. The shower niche is in place just needs to be taped and muddied for tile. Looking forward to the finish the niche will add a nice finish to the full renovation bathroom. Thank you Vevor!

Nechama Karman Shower niche.
2 Strati 40,64 x 60,96 cm
Excellent quality, but HEAVY. Nicer than the foam ones at most home improvement stores. Divider is adjustable to suit the heights of your toiletries. Prop up shelf while drying- it will slip/tilt.

Bernie Shower Niche
1 Ripiano 40,64 x 40,64 cm
First one received damaged !
Dealing with (NON) customer service is deplorable !
Spent 3 weeks dealing with TWO reps,
Finally got a replacement but the tiling project was delayed by two weeks.
I have bought from Vevor before but thankfully never needed customer service.

I ordered VEVOR Shower Niche, 16 x 32 inch + 16 x 32 inch Recessed Wall Niche with Movable Shelf. But received wrong items. I have contacted Vevor via chat, since no phone number for customer service, and told them that received wrong items. It’s been almost two days, but have not received any conclusion yet. I’m so frustrated write now. Hopefully Vevor send me the return label with the instruction on when to drop off.
