Arrived with damaged, un- useable plastic chemical holding tank. Requested full refund

I finally got around to using this sprayer and unfortunately I mixed up 4 gallons of a non-selective herbicide and died it blue so I could see where I had sprayed. The sprayer canister leaked from the bottom - it appears that there must be a hairline crack in the bottom plastic where the two pieces join together…..also the wand drips a bit after spraying- which is a big issue when applying an herbicide. All in all I think this sprayer is a piece of junk and have learned my lesson for buying something like this based on price!

Never received my battery powered 4 gallon backpack sprayer. Last tracked to Feddex but not received. Have recently purchased one in the past. The pump is malfunctioning.

Straps no good and wand broke after a month not to happy would like to return but no option because it’s after 30 days so if you want to buy something for a months use and no return after it breaks go ahead

Overall it works so far. Very cheap attachments and attachment points. Specifically in the wand. Leaked round up and 24D all over my hand while using.

The first time I used the sprayer, it had multiple leaks. Poor construction.

The Handel sprayer leaks

I received my backpack sprayer and assembled it immediately. Then I started spraying, there was a bad leak coming from the handle of the spray wand which covered my hand and forearm in blue dye. I contacted customer service via email about the problem. They asked for pictures so I sent pics of my BLUE hand and the defective piece that was causing the leak. They contacted me back and said they needed a video. I replied back and told them I wasn't sending a video of me getting my hand covered in blue dye after I had already showered. I'm not sure if the VEVOR support is an AI generated response or what but it's terrible! I finally emailed them back and asked if I could have a part number so I could just buy a new handle that they SHOUKD HAVE just sent me to begin with to make it right. They just keep asking for a video. The VEVOR support is a joke and a clown show to say the least!
