Have to say, terrible customer service!I purchased a sprayer back a while ago, and it came with a damaged "metal" spray wand. Contacted customer service, and they sent me the plastic extension piece - not what I asked for. I did include a picture of the damaged part. Re-contacted with no resolution. Steven

After only one use it started leaking from the hose connection to the tank and from the handle and the wand connection. It also drips from the tip of the wand so if you need precise spraying this isn't for you. The nut going onto the tank is lose so you couldn't tighten up the hose properly I did have some thin spanners at home so was able to get it working but if you don't have the right tools you can't stop it leaking. Also the handle connection O ring wasn't good enough when you try tighten the nut the O ring just slips off it and whatever liquid you have in it leaks out when spraying. I had to change the O rings with better ones and put a plastic washer on to stop the leaking. Overall I wouldn't recommend unless you can do change and tighten the hoses up properly.

comprado hace menos de un mes los materiales son de muy mala calidad hasta la tapa se marca solo al enroscarla. todo el conjunto de accesorios son de plastico en su mayoria y de una calidad pesima en el primer uso ha salido agua por todos lados a pesar de haber colocado la cinta de teflon que se incluye con los accesorios y al intentar apretar la rosca se gira toda la pieza.. en fin intentando devolverlo desde entonces pero el departamento de atencion al cliente es igual de malo que la maquina hoy he enviado el 3º email solicitando por favor la devolucion y el reembolso. ESTE ARTICULO NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Bought this sprayer a couple weeks ago. It sprays great. I love the adjustable pressure. The wand is junk. Comes apart in the threads where your hand is. I will be putting a different wand on it. The straps are not the most comfortable but all in all good sprayer for the price.

Purchased Aug 2025, Impressed with the unit, unimpressed with the wand, its flimsy, the connections are poor and now the handle failed completely. Connections constantly need to be re-tightened with a wrench. Only a few times the unit didn't leak during use. Today, the handle split such that fluid streamed out between a plastic joint in the handle. Couldn't use any further, had to switch to my Chapin pump backpack (5 years still working). This is a dangerous defect in design, as lawn chemicals are often toxic. I now have no idea how to get a replacement part. Perhaps customer service can follow up. Customer service sent along a replacement handle, after viewing a video of the handle leak. I am pleased that Vevor stands behind their products.

received my backpack sprayer, the issues i'm having is when turning up the pump speed knob it starts spraying even without squeezing the trigger to allow flow. I have to turn the knob all the way down or it continues to spray. Is there a solution for this or did I just get a bad trigger handle.

I LOVE so many of the Vevor products. This one falls short. Leaks. Tips easily strip. and overall pretty flimsy. it does beat pumping. I’m also kinda disappointed that I ordered an older version when a newer version exists. My mistake.

Seems to work ok. Have to constantly tighten all connections or will leak. Battery doesn’t last very long. I’m lucky to get an hours use before needing a charge.

Nice features for a sprayer, but mostly made of plastic parts which makes it fragile. My wife broke the wand connection after a few uses.

The sprayer works great and I like the adjustable pressure settings to conserve what I'm spraying. One issue: The screw-on lid stripped out. When I went to lift 5 gallons of herbicide, the handle lid stripped off, the tank fell to the ground and splashed weed killer all over me and the lawn. Not too thrilled but Vevor has already sent me a replacement.
