Not good!!! Sprayer came in out of the box with a hole in the tank. Contacted customer service and that was a disaster. Took me almost two weeks to get my full refund after going round & round with them. Only wanted to give me a portion of my refund back at first. Eventually they agreed to send me another sprayer. Well when the so called sprayer came in it wasn't even a sprayer. They sent me a roll of welded wire instead. Talk about a joke. After that fiasco they agreed to refund me my full amount. Vevor really disappointed me!!!!

Not happy leaks from the bottom and the hose is to short in my opinion. Only used it once .

Opened box and the mesh filter had a nozzle poking through it. Contacted Co. and finally told one would be shipped, have never received it. First use the plastic wand was split and leaked. Safe to say cheaply made zero customers service. I would avoid and spend a little more money and get a quality product.

I haven't had a chance to use it as the lid was broken upon arrival. I am still waiting on the replacement lid. They are providing a weekly update saying it will be coming but after several weeks still no replacement

After purchasing many of these units, and I mean many. I need customer service to fix a problem with the pump/regulator,, they just give me a run around, asked for a refund and send it back to Vevor,,,no we will send u a new pump...I said no its not my reasonability to change a pump out,,,,, they come back and say we will offer u 20 bucks and problem solved,, i said are you Kidding me..... There MOTTO is HASSEL FREE RETURNS!!!!

Ordered the backpack sprayer? Vevor charged my card and close to a month later? No sprayer? Finally got a refund. Beware ! Of this seller!

Purchased this to spray my 6 fruit trees, Im 67 and was tired of using a pump sprayer. I got it all put together filled it up tested and everything seemed to be working fine, kinda heavy but got it mounted on my back and went to spray and nothing, it would not turn on I tried at least 1 times, yes it had a full charge and was working fine just before. Took it off and trued it and nothing. I had to empty it into my pump sprayer and use it to spray my trees. I trued to return it but the return portal was not allowing me to do so. The next day I was I hit the on button and it came right on, don't know what Im going to do at this point.
