Sprayer is good. Only concern replacement battery may not available for purchase in future.

Great design however the handle separated under pressure where it screws together. The oring will blow out between the handle and valve lever.

The product worked well after getting the parts that was damaged. My problem was with support. It was ridiculous after weeks of emails, pictures of the damage and the packaging and more emails they finally sent the part. I could never talk with anyone. I will be very picky about what I buy from them.

Great idea but poor quality and ZERO customer support. The supply line was kinked and fluid would not come out. The spray nozzle would not shut off. I requested replacement for both and never got any applicable response. The fitting sizes are unusual and very hard to find any parts to repair the spray handle.

Missing a spray nozzle, you couldn’t send me a replacement nozzle. You wanted me to send the whole thing back, what a hassle. I will not buy from vevor again. I cannot understand why you could not send a nozzle but you can send another complete unit.

Been happy with most of my Vevor tools, but this leaves me disappointed. Besides some dumb design features, it leaked right out the box. Obviously a loose fitting from the pump cuz it leaks like a sieve after pump primes. Leak coming from behind orange cover which I could take off and probably fix, but irritating that I need to. Lazy QC. Plus looks like about 3 electric connectors go thru this cover which not sure how involved it will be. Again, don't feel like I should have to. Waiting 5 days on CS to answer my refund request. As for design, chest straps are not the click or quick adjust type. You know, the kind that you just click together and pull down on straps to adjust like any other backpack in the world would be. No, these you have to adjust while NOT wearing, hope you got them right, and put back on to check. Dumb. Then my wife has to readjust to fit her after me. And they're the kind that are a pain to make small adjustments even then. Pump control switch hard to reach. Wand storage clip is worthless and tank can't sit flat on bottom if you manage to clip the wand in. Either tank falls over, or wand pops out of clip. So when would you ever stow the wand? While you're wearing the tank? Even the "ears" on the bottom of the tank are lame. To set the tank flat, the metal hooks always manage to slip under the ears, tipping the tank over. If they had raised the ears and inch or two, or made the metal clip holes high enough they can't flip under, the problem would be solved. Just dumb engineering. R&D obviously never did a true field test. All so easily avoidable and fixable. The lack of quick adjust chest straps are the most frustrating. As for actual use and operation, I don't know yet as I only used once to spray out 4 gals of Roundup as quick as I could before it leaked down my back and legs since I didn't have anything handy to pour the mix into so I could troubleshoot. May have to get a new one at harbor freight. Depends on what CS has to say

Customer service has been poor at best. I received a sprayer that would not stop spraying, the trigger didn't work. I contacted customer service they started a ticket but never got back to me. I am still waiting. The sprayer seems like a nice sprayer but the reason I bought this one is because of the trigger to start and stop spraying.

The wand leaks when pressure is turnned up. Not bad if you don't mind taking a bath in glyphsate. I don't use the back pack feature because the hose leaks at the tank. THe battery life is good and works great when it isn't leaking.

The trigger leaked immediately when starting up. Haven't had a chance to use it more than 20 minutes of playing around to stop it from leaking. I submitted to get a replacement trigger and I'm waiting to hear a response. Very early in the game to give a whole-hearted review.
