Not bad for the price, but could be better if Vevor spend more time on the design. Just a couple of advice. 1. At least 25% larger, thicker and better quality grinding plates. 2. The direct drive to the plates are killing the motor. Especially when you using a harder grains. 3. Don't need 1400 RPM for grinding grains, 700 RPM more than enough but need more torque. A gear box would be great. In this case, I would pay even more for this grain mill.

The metal disc of Grinder was broken owing to material error. Till today I have not had the replacement.

1 Stern Diese Mühle entspricht nach meiner Erfahrung in keiner Weise der angebotenen Beschaffenheit. Bereits bei Erhalt waren erhebliche Mängel vorhanden: hartnäckiger Rost im Mahlwerk bzw. im Lebensmittelkontaktbereich, Rost an den Schweißnähten, mangelhafte Verarbeitung und ein nicht sauber konzentrisch ausgerichtetes Mahlwerk. Der Rost war nicht bloß oberflächlich, sondern so fest vorhanden, dass erheblicher Aufwand nötig gewesen wäre, um ihn überhaupt zu entfernen. So etwas ist bei einer als Edelstahl-Mühle angebotenen Neuware völlig inakzeptabel. Hinzu kommt, dass der Mahlspalt ungleichmäßig ist und die beworbene Mahlfeinheit in meinem Fall nicht erreicht wurde. Damit weicht das gelieferte Gerät nicht nur optisch, sondern auch technisch und funktional deutlich von dem ab, was auf der Produktseite beworben wird. Besonders negativ ist für mich aber auch der Umgang mit der Reklamation. Seit geraumer Zeit versuche ich, die mangelhafte Ware abholen zu lassen und die Rückabwicklung zu erreichen. Statt einer klaren und sachlichen Lösung erhielt ich nach meinem Eindruck immer wieder automatische oder themenfremde Antworten, vertauschte bzw. unpassende Ticketzuordnungen und mehrfach Teilrückerstattungsangebote, die in keinem Verhältnis zu den tatsächlichen Mängeln stehen. Der Eindruck entsteht, dass hier alles versucht wird, um eine Abholung und vollständige Rücknahme zu vermeiden. Insgesamt bin ich mit der Produktqualität und der Bearbeitung der Reklamation äußerst unzufrieden.

Avoid VEVOR if you rely on equipment for your business operations. I purchased a commercial machine for $889.90 plus tax, and it has been a month-long plus nightmare. The first machine arrived smashed and structurally damaged. The mounting collar was broken off, the funnel mouth was warped and the body was dented. After weeks of fighting with automated customer service scripts, they finally sent a replacement. Unbelievably, the second machine arrived with similar structural defects—the heavy metal mounting collar on the machine body was warped and bent out of round, the funnel was crushed and wouldn't attach the the collar, making it completely impossible to use the equipment. I provided flawless, uninterrupted video proof of the unboxing showing the box puncture and the internal damage. Instead of standing behind their product and offering a full refund, VEVOR Customer Support treated my business loss like a garage sale negotiation. They insulted me by offering a $100 coupon, then a $200 refund, and finally a $400 partial refund to keep a completely broken, piece of dead weight. Their warehouse packaging is fundamentally flawed, their quality control is non-existent, and their customer service relies on predatory delay tactics hoping you will just give up. I have been forced to escalate this directly to a credit card chargeback and file formal consumer complaints. Save your time, your money, and your sanity—buy your commercial equipment elsewhere!

This company is a joke. They refused to take this item back even though I never used it. They have a picture of it (see below) as small device on a kitchen counter. this thing is almost 50lbs. do not buy from this company. pay a little extra with the ability to return if the item is not what you want. they kept insisting that it was clearly marked as 50lbs but it's only in one of the pictures and the buried in the specifications. that does not even matter. it's still in the box unused ?! just take it back ?! I am the customer. never heard of such a thing. Plan to have my sister who works for a major newspaper do a big article on this sham of a company.

Since the dry stone was broken I thought I would check out the wet stone, guess what, that's the wrong stone, its too big to fit into the compartment, guess they shipped the wrong stones.............I didnt even report this, because their customer support is a joke with no help what so ever, hence decided to return. STAY AWAY for your own sanity.....for those who already got this machine try the wet stone to make sure it fits / works Am attaching two pictures, the broken dry stone and the one that the compartment wont close with the wet stone as its too big.

Came damaged! Poor Steel quality. It's been two days that vevor not reply for refund.

This is highly disappointing to use product - It has everything (Noisy, Tight Nob, etc.) except good quality flour. I raised a return request and the customer service said - they will figure out the technical support. Awaiting for the same.
