I purchased this device and the build quality is excellent. Unfortunately, the product is advertised with specifications that are not accurate. According to the product description, it should be able to sharpen drill bits smaller than 4 mm. However, this is not possible because the required collet is not included. The smallest collet supplied is only suitable for 5–6 mm drill bits. As a result, the product does not perform as advertised, which I find misleading. I have already submitted a complaint to VEVOR and have been waiting for several days for a satisfactory response. Apart from this issue, the device itself appears to be well made and of good quality.

Väldigt svårt att skriva recension när varan inte är levererad efter det gått en månad sedan den blev betald. Många kontakter med Vevor och transportföretaget har det blivit innan det skickades en ny. Hoppas bara den kommer fram någon gång.

Gerät nicht komplett, Spannzange fehlt. Kundendienst sendet Antwort in türkischer oder anderer Sprache. Service ? Keiner !

Bonjour, il est regrettable d'acheter fin juillet 2025, un outil avec une notice non traduit en français... Il va donc falloir se débrouiller sur internet ou avec des tutos approximatifs, afin de pouvoir utiliser convenablement cet outil... C'est encore une perte de temps et d'argent! D'autre part, le capot du logement des pinces à forêts ne se verrouille pas, ce qui pose un problème de transport lorsque vous partez en chantier ou lorsque vous avez plusieurs ateliers ( le capot s'ouvre et les pince se mélange, il faut les trier à chaque utilisation). Une petite sangle, un petit verrou ou simplement un crochet aurait fait l'affaire sans occasionner des dépenses importantes. J'espère que VEVOR me fera parvenir une notice précise en français afin que je puisse apprécier cet outil...

Shipment of this purchase was delayed, tracking disclosed it was held up somewhere in China, and although Vevor stayed in touch with me and promised multiple times that it would soon arrive, at the end of a month waiting for delivery, and given the lack of tracking beyond that initial holdup, I cancelled my order. Perhaps I will try reordering, but if Vevor cannot procure a better shipping service on a second order, I will probably be done with this company. The above is why I was unable to give feedback on my purchase: I never received it.

This machine doesn't come with a fan blade according to Vevors customer service. I emailed their customer service for an answer about the fan blade. It was back and forth with customer service. I then asked for a rma number. Their response was we give $50.00 back on your credit card. I return a no. Their next response was $150.00 back on credit card. I agreed to this Hassel with the customer service dept. I haven't used it and probably not at all. As for ordering anything else from this company is a NO NO.
