This is my honest review, I am disappointed in this saw yes it is powerful,how ever there are big issues with this unit 1 the starting instructions as advertised on the site are wrong the first item to start the unit is to prime the bulb,this saw does not have a priming bulb 2 this unit has on top of the paper air filter a plastic cover with fine gauze which lets fine red sawdust dust in at will 3 the bumper spikes are a joke as they bend under light usage 4 the worst part is when the chainsaw gets hot it stops and can not be restarted untill it cools down again I have used this saw 3 times and twice I have had to finish my trailer load of wood with my mculloch 36 a very small saw and the reason I purchased the 62cc item,I have one more load to get this winter and if it fails again iwill be requiring a refund, powerful yes reliable definitely not,out of 5 I would rate it a 2 for the poor reliability.

Received this saw, assembled the bar, added oil and gas mixture, primed it, pulled cord 3x and it was running! But man does the oiler put the oil out, even after turning it practically off, enough oil that it’s dripping on the ground and oil all over side of saw. Guess I’ll have to make sure I’m not wearing a pair of boots that’ll not hurt to get oil all over. But it seems to cut fine for a small saw. No pics of it

Fair saw.. starts and runs PERFECT. Never missed a lick as far as starting and running. Made of kinda cheesy material though. Cheap plastic caused some chain alighnment issues.. but solved it with a washer under one bar bolt. Oiler works great! Not for commercial use at ALL.. but if it low hanging limbs around the house its great

Great little saw for the price. Already made my money back on it. Would like to see the chain tensioner made a little better and stronger. Overall a good little climbing/camp saw.

Got it put it together and everything filled it with the fuel and pulled for about 2 days couldn’t get it to stay running and where the pull cord goes back into the cord reel it has start to run and eat at the housing now it’s just sits in the back of my garage cause it will not start

I can't give a review on how this saw works, as when I attempted to start it, it would not run. After looking into the saw, I found the was no spark getting to the spark plug. After contacting VEVOR customer service, I was given instructions to watch a short video on the operation of the saw, which I did. I had already done all of that. I have had many chainsaws over the years, Currently own a BIG name brand saw. This saw was going to be my backup saw and the saw I would carry with me on my tractor. Customer service was quite prompt in getting back to me, and after exhausting their efforts, offered and started the proceeding to give me a full refund. Customer service is fantastic, although some slight communication barriers, but great nonetheless. As far as the saw... I liked it, liked the tools and accessories that came with it, but with it not starting I cannot accurately rate it. Perhaps I got the rare oddity that was messed up. I guess I will not know.

Bonjour après 1h d utilisation la piece d arrêt chaine a sauté et a cassé du coup ma tronçonneuse reste bloqué le mécanisme ne fonctionne plus de plus la chaîne ai tordu du coup j ai du racheter une autre chaîne plus robuste je demande pas un retour mais juste la pièce du carter sert à arrêter la lame

o motosserra veio sem a tampa de onde se coloca o oleo para a corrente (primeira imagem) e sem aquele botao macio de injetar gasolina no arranque , nao liga e nao presta... acredito que a VEVOR so tinha um e o desfez porque logo que o comprei ficaram todos zerados sem stock.... agradeço que a VEVOR me devolva o dinheiro e como devolver esta porcaria que me enviaram.... Nota do produto menos 10 de 0 a 10 e a resposta da VEVOR ainda aguardo a resposta como devolver esta porcaria...

Compré la motosierra el 16 de noviembre de 2025, GLS la dejo en un punto de entrega de Madrid, a 60 KM de mi casa. Nunca me la entregaron y ni nada. A día de hoy 21 de enero de 2026, VEVOR no me ha devuelto el dinero . Jamás volveré a comprar en VEVOR

Me ha parecido una vergüenza que pido información sobre un envío que tenía que haber llegado en una fecha concreta comprometida está por ustedes y dos semanas después llega, y lo único que son capaces de responder es que está en camino, cosa que llevo viendo con desesperación, viendo como manejan las incidencias tendré esto presente en mis próximas compras, teniendo les a Vds. en último lugar, gracias por el desinterés con el que han tratado mi asunto, vergonzoso
