N'a jamais démarrée. Problème d'allumage et de bouton I/O. Mauvaise qualité et surtout pas de contrôle qualité en usine. Après une dizaine de jour j'ai été remboursé, donc au final ça va mais c'est du temps perdu alors qu'on a besoin de tronçonneuse actuellement.

La palanca de mano del freno fue mal desde el primer momento tuve que anular todo el sistema, el aceite de la cadena consume una barbaridad y la cadena no me duro ni para cortar un pino, he pedido otra cadena ya que tras quince minutos de intentar lijarla ni se inmuto. Yo solo la queria para un uso y tenerla para un futuro si me hace falta, en definitiva la use media hora pero dedique más de una en arreglarla para poder usarla.

Saw leaks fuel. No big deal,right? Wrong. No customer service. Cant return. Nothing but running in cyber circles . Buying from Vevor is a as is where deal.

Non parte e quando parte non taglia bene , scarsa qualità .

Do not buy this product. On the 1st use it started leaking fuel and therefore was unusable. I contacted Vevor ,while responding in a good time Suggested 'i' find where the leak was and they would send me a replacement part. Im certainly not mechanical minded and felt this would void any warranty. Unfortunately it was out by 10days of the return period I hadn't needed to use it previously. I doubt i could return it anyway because it was now flammable. This could have been a danger while using it. The final advice was to take it to a repair shop. I was given a $20 credit. The chainsaw is now in the rubbish.

Was using it and started idling high and then wouldn't start. After taking it apart, found air filter crushed in housing, mounting nut not connected, saw dust in carburetor. Cleaned out carburetor, was able to get filter bent back to somewhat working condition and now saw works. All I got from Vevor support was some automated messages on how to get it unflooded. Not even a free filter to replace the one sent crushed. By the way,this saw is very loud compared to my other saws.

Only used it a couple times, now it won’t start and support is a joke. They want a video for an already known problem.

The saw starts easily when cold and runs well. However, if I stop it and let it sit for a few minutes while still warm, it will not start again. I have to wait a long time for it to cool down completely before it will start. This is very frustrating in practical use, as it causes unnecessary downtime and makes the saw unreliable for continuous work.
