Bought the 25.cc chainsaw and the handle broke so vevor replaced it, but now the new one is leaking bar oil from reservoir. It would be fantastic if the machine didn't leak because it leaves a mess wherever I leave it.

The chainsaw arrived very quickly, the trouble is it will not start. And now the customer service team are dragging their feet to replace the chainsaw or refund. Comparing the build quality to my other saws (Stihl & Husqvarna) the materials seem very cheap and flimsy, but I guess you get what you pay for. In this case a chainsaw that will not start and the stress of dealing with a slow or obstructive customer service process.

Machine ressu très rapidement,mes ne fonctionne pas.Le SAV est nulle ils ont rien fait pour moi je me retrouve avec une machine qui marche pas à 97€ .......Je suis pas contente 97€ dans le ........🤬

Robert W Lane Cannot get it assembled
The assembly instructions, though they seem detailed, do not seem to translate. Though I am trying to follow them they are not working out in reality, though I tried, the instructions are not assisting me and I see it is not correct. It is very frustrating and I can't move forward beyond this point. The chainsaw is useless unassembled. Very unhappy.

got the saw this afternoon added fresh gas/oil and no start. it has fuel, air and a very faint spark. Iv contacted customer service for a return 3-20-2026, 1300 hrs lets see how this goes.
