A fuir, tronçonneuse qui n'était pas neuve , interrupteur qui sort de son logement et impossible à démarrer. Vévor n'a pas voulu me l'échanger. Ils m'ont proposé 28€. Maintenant elle est en réparation, j'attends la facture.

Received this and was never able to use it. The cover that is supposed to be placed on the main chainsaw once the blade is installed did not fit. After reaching out to customer service to get a replacement, I was told I would need to provide video of the issue. Seriously? VEVOR should figure that out when the defective item is returned, not place the onus on the customer. So - you've lost a customer. Over $120. Nice going.

First time I am not happy with Vevor product. So far I bought plenty of things but this chainsaw receives just one star. Hard to start from very beginning even if I did exact procedure according to instruction. When it started (thanks to some miracle) it worked up to 3 minutes and died... no chance to start it again. Rubbish.

603 Cher Vevor, J'ai bien reçu ma commande hier par DPD. J'ai assemblé la tronçonneuse conformément au manuel d'utilisation et je l'ai remplie d'huile de chaîne et d'essence pour moteur 2 temps. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas réussi à la démarrer. J'ai finalement retiré la bougie et constaté que, bien que le moteur soit alimenté en carburant, l'étincelle ne se produit pas. Les vis platinées sont correctement réglées, mais il n'y a tout simplement pas d'étincelle. Je souhaite donc vous retourner la tronçonneuse, mais elle contient maintenant de l'huile et de l'essence. I bought a chainsaw from this company and used it one time and then stored it in my shop waiting for this time of year to get it out to start pruning trees back. I bought it in April and I have had to fight to get any kind of response from them. They keep telling me that I need to send videos of me starting it to them. It wont start I have pulled it and pulled it. So you will be on your own if it messes up have not spoken to a real person yet. I had started buying this brand because I do work around my home and thought it was a good brand for that small work around here. I have a auger and come a long but after this I will not buy from this company again. Don't listen to the warranty lies on there products

Pull cord spring broke 3 time I used the saw.

am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the product. Despite repeated attempts to power it on and extensive troubleshooting, the device remains unresponsive. I have exhausted all options and determined it is non-functional.

They sent a chainsaw with a bad chain tensioner where the hole in the guide bar does not line up with the tensioner screw. Due to this issue you simply cannot tighten the chain properly. I sent vevor all the photos of the issue and they simply keep giving me vague instructions how to use the chainsaw, I'm an experienced chainsaw user for many years and know a faulty saw when see one. They simply don't want to honor their return policy. I will not buy any power equipment from vevor again based on this experience.

Springt nicht an. Zündfunke ist kaum wahrnehmbar. Da ich vom Fach bin kann ich sagen das eine Qualitätskontrolle nicht stattfindet, genauso wenig eine Funktionskontrolle. Nicht zu empfehlen
