N'a jamais pu être démarrée. Défectueuse. Vevor n'a pas remplacé (rupture de stock) après de trop longues discussions avec le SAV. Finalement remboursé mais ça a été long et laborieux.

Never received it ..... shipping all of a sudden couldn't deliver to business...... never had issues before but now I had to fight to get refunds on the chain saw and a wood stove that they never delivered...had to buy on eBay I instead both items

Malheureusement la tronçonneuse n'a pas rempli sa fonction avec point de fragilité et grosses difficultés au démarrage 1/100.

I’m having trouble getting the chain to tighten any help would be appreciated

Saw runs awesome. Cut a few limbs with it and suddenly it threw the chain off the bar. Chain is getting caught up between the drive sprocket and the engine causing it to come off and also damaging the chain preventing it from traveling in the bar smoothly. Still going back and forth with Vevor as they do not make it easy to get this dealt with. I like Vevor products but this saw is a bust.

Assembly was easy. Starting it was not. It doesn't turn over at all.

Ran great the 2 times that I used it but then the cord came undone and can’t be used now

käynnistinlaite hajosi ennen kun sain sahaa käyntiin.sitten tilasin toisen samanlaisen joka toimi todella hienosti.laitoin käynnistinlaitteen toisesta sahasta ensimmäisenä tilattuu sahaan ja sain sahan käyntiin mutta sahan käynti on todella huono eikä käy joutokäyntiä ollenkaan.eli jos tilaa 3 kappaletta sahoja niin saa kaksi toimivaa.en viitsi alkaa tekemään virallista reklamaatiota koska saha on niin halpa.jos vevor haluaa hyvittää viallisesta ensimmäisestä sahasta jotain niin olen tyytyväinen mutta en jaksa tehdä erillistä reklamaatiota.

Saw starts right away and seems to have good power. I advise not to buy though. It leaks gas from around the gas fill cap no matter how tight you close it. I contacted customer service and they sent new caps for the gas and oil tanks. That didn't solve the problem. Still leaks so I have to store the saw on its side but if I'm hauling it where it jostles around it still leaks so I can't transport it in an enclosed area. I also discovered it leaks oil out of the chain oil port. It's a shame because I think I would love this light powerful little machine.
