Doing a great job once I made it start. Missing 5 stars due to almost gave up on starting the thing. Support ticket was not very interactive to fix the issue other than generic script sent out frequently asking for pictures and other details over and over despite being provided during opening of the ticket already.
Resolution to starting the chainsaw was simply not to give up. Once you start feeling that your shoulders are popping out of their sockets, this thing will eventually start.

Good tool for its price.Very easily started.However it is recommended that the blade comes fitted with the chain as the chain screw adjuster is very fickle.

This thing cuts awesome but the quality is to be dertiminded. The blad got stuck in a log, mynfault and when I pulled on it the handle ripped appart but vevor did send me new parts.

Download King Great Saw, Great Price. It will not disappoint
It's a great little saw. It sounds great. It cuts great and from 20 feet, it looks like an echo. The only bad thing I have to say is the side cover design is terrible. Luckily you don't have to remove it very often!

Jim Fishel Starts like a champ
I assembled the saw with reservations on how it would start and run. I filled the gas and bar oil reservoirs and pumped the gas bulb a few times until I saw gas. 3 pulls and it came to life!! WOW! Very impressed. It has a lot of torque when just holding it and revving the throttle. Just the hot rod in me but it sounds very throaty for a small engine. Bar oiler works, chain runs smoothly. Cannot wit until this heatwave goes away to try it out!!
