Tronçonneuse basique, bonne pour dépanner, mais pas pour un usage prolongé. Positif : Démarrage facile, bonne puissance, prix intéressant. Deux problèmes importants apparaissent cependant rapidement : le tendeur de chaîne est fragile, mal placé et malaisé à utiliser, et les écrous de fixation du cache-chaîne se desserrent facilement. On peut certes les remplacer par des écrous freinés, mais la chaîne se détend toujours trop facilement.

impossible de la faire démarrer. je suis déçu mais je vais contacter le service client pour mes 2 machines que je ne peux pas utiliser.

Customer Service very disappointed with can not talk to anyone so if you have a problem and you want to talk to someone you are going to do it by E mail or chat. I was trying to find a replacement chain and have not received an answer yet. I however found it myself. Oregan has replacement chains for these saws. These saws. I have 2 of these saws both of them are running rough after a short period of time but you get what you pay for. If you are going to use a saw a lot go buy a good saw. If it is just for around the house for trimming a tree here and there this is the saw for you. I cut firewood to heat with in the winter so these two saws have became backups because they are not reliable to me. I had to go buy a Stihl to get the job done.

I finally got it to start- it leaks oil i think it was a mistake getting it.

It can’t start without start gas! When you finikky get it to start it works good. But you will never know if you will be able to start it. I think the problem is suction, when it finally starts with gas then probobky it can take fuel from the tank. Very good price if it would have been working but if the price is too god the item is not

Le ralentit de la tronçonneuse est beaucoup trop élevé ce qui fait tourner la chaîne en permanence et rend la tronçonneuse dangereuse... N'a bien fonctionné qu'une seule fois, a la deuxième utilisation de ralenti est trop élevé...

Not that happy with this purchase. I've been out firewood cutting with it once. It started fine but kept cutting out after just one cut. I've contacted support but so far no reply.At the moment I wouldn't recommend and it they don't sort it for me very soon I'll be returning for a refund.
