Won't run unless completely full

I used it to cut a few trees. Got stuck in one tree and it snapped. No good now. It’s trash. I left in the tree and I went and got a real saw. If vevor is listening I’ll change my review for a discount on the 20-22incb saw and do a comparison.

This was something my husband saw and looking at the reviews he thought it would be a good purchase. He thought if he could at least 2-3 days out of it, it would pay for itself as compared to getting a rental at Home Depot. Once he opened the box to assemble, the housing cover was difficult to remove, and next to impossible to put back on. The metal ring inside of the cover was oval shaped instead of circular which would not go back on. Once he was able to finally get it on after a lot of manipulation, he could not get the chainsaw to start. He spent over an hour and went online and was very mad to see and hear from other videos posted about the same issue he was having. Then he finds out a large majority of the reviews are paid reviews. This is when he decided he wanted to return and get something reputable that he knows will start and not leave him stranded in a tree. Don't purchase based on reviews alone. Research and find videos online that pertains to this product and derive your answers from there. This is from someone that never writes a review. I should have gone against him and just purchased the Stihl or Husqvarna I was going to get. You get what you pay for, and this too follows the saying.

This thing stinks. It's brand new and won't start. Support won't help. They have the worst support I have seen. I diagnosed it down to the point that gas is not reaching the cylinder. I tell them that but they don't respond.

Ne démarre pas

En panne rapidement et impossible d'obtenir un remboursement ou une étiquette de retour. Communication très difficile avec IA. Ma tranconneuse ne démarre plus et on me demande une photo du problème.... A fuir!

I never received
