I just recently purchased this Saw and the side panel tabs are broken. I’ve requested a new side panel and I keep on getting the runaround. I’ve been spending a lot of money here lately with this company but if I don’t get a new panel, I’m probably gonna go buy anything else from them poor Customerservice.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
ich habe ihr Produkt erhalten und bin tief enttäuscht.
Die Motorsäge hat keine Kettenbremse entgegen der Beschreibund. Der Hebel der angeblichen Bremse ist ohne Funktion was für einen Leihen Lebensgefahr bedeuten kann. Die Kette gleitet egal ob der Hebel gezogen o. gedrückt wird! Ein weiteres Problem ist das Starten der Motorsäge. Meine alte Stihl läuft nach dem zweiten Versuch, diese läuft mit viel Glück und Startpilot nach 30min kurz an.
Absolut unbefriedigend, nein eher mangelhaft.
Ich bitte um Lösungsvorschläge oder Tausch gegen ein funktionierendes Gerät, sollte das nicht gehen gegen Rückerstattung und Abholung der Motorsäge.

These EU versions are different from the US versions. This is a ultra low-quality, trash chainsaw. Mine came complete with a cracked air filter, compression loss, and a screw that came loose and wreaked havoc on the flywheel, sending dangerous shrapnel flying. DO NOT BUY THIS SAW. Vevor needs to pull this trash off the market.

Purchased in July 26 - unfortunately it didn’t ever start from out of the box - it had spark it had fuel just never fired - I used ether to get a fire but no luck - I determined that the fly wheel and magnetic pick up for the ignition was “clocked” wrong and was firing close to the bottom of the stroke
No spares available for the Chinese motor ?? Vevor did refund after a lot of emails (so thank you) - brand new and went in the bin so no testing at assembly — Gordon

Je pense qu'à la conception ils se sont demandés où mettre la vis de tension pour que ce soit le moins pratique possible. Et à la fabrication ils ont choisi des vis en carton recyclé plaqué acier.
Je ne me suis pas encore servi de la tronçonneuse, premier montage, la vis est déjà presque morte.
C'est vraiment con de foutre de l'argent dans un truc et faire des économies de ce genre. Honteux
