Trying to get a hold of Customer Service and have them actually do something as I’m looking impossible. They will email you in the middle of the night and then they will not talk to you again for another 24 hours after you respond. I have a broken pump, pardon a broken motor and I need it replaced. They’re asking me to look at this this this this this and I’ve already given them a video showing exactly what they need. I think they just want to get frustrated and go away.

I never received this motor. The shipping company lost it in transit.

I purchased two Vevor 2 HP pump motors with the intent to replace an existing 2 HP Sta-Rite motor. Upon attempting to install the first unit, I encountered significant issues. After several unsuccessful installation attempts, I confirmed that the shaft dimensions on the Vevor pump are incorrect and do not match the required standard for a 2 HP replacement. This dimensional discrepancy caused the impeller and diffuser to create excessive friction upon assembly. The resulting drag was so severe that it caused the motor to stall immediately, rendering the unit inoperable. This issue applies to both pump motors that I purchased, confirming a manufacturing or design flaw. I have been attempting to contact Vevor to initiate a return for both non-functional pumps. After several weeks, I have not received any communication or resolution from Vevor. I am deeply frustrated by the product's poor technical specifications and the complete lack of customer support. The product has a reasonable price, and it arrived promptly. It arrived, however, in a damaged package. It is unclear how the damage occurred. The product won't work in my case although I don't know why it didn't work. The intruction didn't explain at all how to do the installation, but mainly explain the wiring portion. I therefore packed it back and send message to the vendor asking for a return with a photo of damaged packaging. When I tried to upload the image, I realized that the website only accepts very limited image format (MP4) that I don't have. I therefore worked to get programs to transfer the image to whatever acceptable on the website. It took me an hour to accomplish this. The customer replied promptly, but said that I should take out the product and take photos. I did whatever customer service told me to do and explained that the motor I bought won't fit to my original machine. The time, the website asked different format of the images, although it has more options. I therefore had to take more photos to meet the requirement of the website. I also told the customer service, and I am not an expert to judge where went wrong with this motor. The consumer service then sends me more messages asking for more videos. I explained to them that I don't know how to do this in an efficient way. We are still back and forth. It just takes too much time of customers for a not-working product.

These motors are just what you expect. We’ll get you through for five or six months, but they are not repairable and you cannot find parts for them. It’s just a cheap alternative to get you by for now. I have purchased many of these and have had to go back on several and it’s hard if you’re running a business week going back to save a few bucks.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!! They will not make any warranty valid and only scam you ! They will send you “ This product is inherently a consumable item, so its service life is not long.” for product that dint even last 6 months !

Received the motor and it doesn't work. There's No phone number to contact anyone to discuss the problem. Very poor customer service. Sent numerous emails in order to correct the problem or get a replacement with absolutely no response. Buy at your own risk.

Bought this motor and found that this motor did not fit my pump. Vevor would not accept a return. I've spent thousands of dollars with Vevor on tools, appliances, greenhouses, etc... I will no longer do business with this company.

Not a good pump at all. Installed for pool and within a week it started making noises. After a couple weeks installed it sounds absolutely terrible. Also it doesn’t handle the back pressure very well from running as a pool pump. After a couple days running it essentially loses all flow until you back flush again which is bad when high quality pool pumps are meant to be able to handle that back pressure. Would not recommend this pump at all.

You need to put an internal screw holding front bearing in my motor was not working once put it together than realized front bearing shifted in delivery u can't turn impeller
