Nathan Worked great at first. Stopped working. No support

The first couple of times I used this it worked amazing, I even recommended it to a few people. However. After a few trips it started to malfunction. Now it does not work at all. I reached out to support and they were helpful at first offering replacement parts to help figure out the problem. When the first one didn't fix the issue they then offered me a partial refund of $136 for my troubles with no solution.. all I want is a working product not for them to take $1,200 from me in the end and leave me with a pile of unusable parts.
One of the main reasons for my purchase was the 2 year warranty. That warranty means nothing if they arent willing to replace the faulty product. Especially since I've only had it for about 2 months, with a few hours of use. I've bought many vevor items over the years. If this doesn't get solved this will absolutely be my last purchase of a vevor product.
