I purchased this from Vevor directly and it had promised it would arrive in a couple days and it was longer then expected. I had purchased a nother unit (none Vevor unit) from a local health care provider and there is a big difference in the 2. The vevor one works but it is just cheaper and it shows. the brake drags even when it is setup correctly. I had sent in an email to support for them to only tell me the brake was fine. I also pointed out the brake was installed wrong but they told me it was fine. The front end was not aligned when it arrived so I had to do this with no instructions. Even with it aligned I feel like it is fighting me when i am using it. just does not roll as easy as the other unit I purchased. The bag on the front is cheap compared tot he competitors with their hard basket. I will admit the outdoor wheels and nice and do make it easier to go on grass, snow and Ice.

Ik had deze gekocht om buiten te kunnen steppen maar je moet je er niet bij voorstellen dat het ook echt een step is. Bij elke scheur in de weg loop je vast, het stuur staat veel te dicht tegen je aan om goed te kunnen leunen en kracht te zetten en is te smal, waardoor de houding erg tegennatuurlijk is, de wielen waren zacht maar ook na oppompen lijken ze niet echt lekker te rollen. Al met al erg vermoeiend in gebruik buiten en voor binnen is hij onhandig door een grote draaicirkel. Ik heb de iwalk besteld en dat is echt een verademing boven deze step. Wat een fantastische uitvinding is dat! Helaas voor de step. Verder was de levering prima al duurde het eventjes. Ik heb er maar 1 keer op naar de glasbak gestept en was bekaf terwijl ik een intensieve sporter ben. Ik gooi hem maar weer op marktplaats. Terugsturen had gekund, maar hoe doet een mens dat met 1 been en zo’n grote doos…?

Le cadre n'est pas suffisamment rigide. Il en résulte une grande instabilité même sur sol plat et régulier et l'appréhension de chuter à la moindre fausse manœuvre. Quand on a une cheville ou un pied cassé c'est rédhibitoire, raison pour laquelle je rend le produit.

The knee seat does not fit for my knee.

I ordered this scooter to enable me to move around after ankle surgery. The price is right, the assembly was straight forward, the scooter was delivered within a few days of ordering, and the scooter was exactly what I needed...except for one problem. One of the rear tires would not hold air. I put the scooter together the day before my surgery and two days later, the back tire was flat and would not hold air. I'm non-weight bearing for 4-6 weeks so I figure I can get the issue resolved relatively quickly. WRONG. They're happy to replace the entire wheel and tire but it will take THREE WEEKS to arrive. Apparently, they can ship the full scooter from somewhere in the US but the parts have to come from a warehouse in China. That is some seriously poor planning.

I didn't end up using it at all for my broken ankle. A friend put it together and broke down the box it came in and out it in the recycle can while I was in the hospital. Waste of $ for me. I ended up renting a wheelchair because of the tight turning radius.

Helaas niet werkende remmen en achterwielen die niet allebei de grond raken. Volledig bedrag terugontvangen. Al met al slecht product
