One of my garage door torsion springs was broken and my garage door stopped working. I ordered this and received within 2 days, installed them by myself, not too hard. It works very well so far.

the product was great.. but what really surprised me was the delivery.. it was the very second day.. guys never in my 16 years in Australia have I received anything delivered that quick.. 5 stars for that.

Bought these considering they will work for my double garage door but support mentioned they are short for my door. Instead of return I was offered 25 refund which I accepted. I am optimistic that atleast one will be usable as only one spring normally breaks.
Appreciate support telling me the truth.
