You cant beat the price of this. Easily hundreds of dollars cheaper than other brands and it is very well made. I used this to make venison bologna and it works great.

Great mixer. Will mix a minimum of 5 lbs. Great price for what you're getting here. I'm very happy I purchased the mixer. I did remove the handle and installed a 17mm socket on my cordless drill and mixed at an accelerated pace.

The meat mixer is well made, all in stainless steel, no thin sheet metal, I recommend buying it for making sausages, it will make your work a lot easier.

Wow, that has helped quite a bit as I do a lot of charcuterie. But I thought I'll ask for the motor which is on 110 volts. Pity but im loving it.

Seems well built, mixes 20 lbs easily, never tried to pack it full. Easier to clean in the summer when I have access to a hose.
