Estoy intentando hablar con alguien para devolver el producto y estoy esperando el correo para devolverlo hace una semana.

Muy poco optimizado el espacio, ruedas con patas muy largas. Las dimensiones del carro se quedan en más de 70 cms de ancho total. Además Vevor no me ayudaron con la devolución, así mi puntuación va también por el trato al cliente

Bonjour. Ce produit a été livré avec un défaut de conception . Du coup impossible de l’installer et l’utiliser. Le SAV m’a envoyé une fiche pour réparer moi même le défaut!! ?? Pas de retour possible! Du coup j’ai payé pour du neuf et j’ai reçu un produit à défaut .. toujours pas réparé et donc pas utilisé. Mon argent à la poubelle. L’achat de ce produit est une loterie ( coup de chance ou malchance !). À éviter !

Ich habe den Wagen als Sponsor für ein Restaurant gekauft. Die Damen vom Service waren begeistert. Nach 3 Tagen kam eine Beschwerde. Der Wagen hatte sich längsseits verschoben, obwohl die maximale Belastung bei weitem noch nicht erreicht worden war. Das Nachziehen der Schrauben blieb ohne Erfolg, da das Plastik am Limit war. Ich habe daraufhin den Wagen modifiziert mit einer 3mm x 20mm Aluminium Auskreuzung. Seitdem ist alles in bester Ordnung. Vielleicht sollten Sie den Wagen in Zukunft nur noch mit dieser Änderung bei Ihrem Hersteller bestellen. Ihre zukünftigen Kunden werden es Ihnen danken. Wózek marnej jakości - niestety miejscami pościerana warstwa zewnętrzna, lekko wygięta jedna część. Bardzo dobre kółka - mocowanie solidne. Szufladki wysuwają się dość topornie. Gdyby nie to, że potrzebuję ten wózek "na już" i już nie mam czasu na wymianę, to bym zwróciła.

Everything except the drawer is great. The drawer doesn't have slides, just cheap wheels on a track and dosnt align right most the time when putting it away. Would have spent double of they would have made the drawer not so cheaply.

It took a while to figure out how to get acclimated with customer service. It was a tad vague on how to do things... Very unclear.... I did get a SS medical push cart.... A month of going back and forth. They're not open on the weekends, so that right their streeeetches everything out..... I initially got a 20.00 reimbursement offer. I declined. Requested 40.00... As far as I know, I got the latter coming.... The product had parts that were missing and not totally installed, ie; the drawers had rollers that helped tge drawer glide more easily. Out of 4 items, one was not installed but laying inside floating around. The other roller (all had bearing) was not fully installed. Just barely... bearings from one just laying on the bottom of the packaging. Not even the necessary number of bearings needed. Side bars, to keep items from falling off the bottom, were to short. The instructions: the text were very light colored, thin font, and small. Plenty of room to make the font bigger and darker.... especially for older citizens.... Their answer before the monetary offer, was that I may have to go to the hardware store... I would've been fine if they weren't soo slooow getting back with me and I think ai was tge problem... IMO.... Otherwise it should have been taken care of faster and they kept saying they didn't understand what the problem was.That's why I think ai was the problem we needed.Real people... Overall, I think I might go ahead.And look for another one.Similar with two drawers from them, since they did say they will give me forty dollars off, which i haven'treceivedyet..... I think that'll cover my having to reconstruct the product which is now a project.... I say, if you don't have to reconstruct the item bought. Just do something simple, they send you the parts, and they're fast about everything, including communication, like it should be with everyone..... I believe, I would do business with them again.... I might refer the Vevor company.... Tell people about it....

way to small for food service use

Constrution du chariot en stainless, bien construit, cependant la construction à été conçu avec le film protecteur, j’ai due passer une heure à enlever le film de plastique très difficile à enlever.

Trolley arrived damaged from shipping. Box was not dented but something has obviously been dropped or tested on it. There are several dents in it and the two drawers do not close properly. So far VEVOR have offered me a $27 dollar ‘refund’ as compensation, which is approximately one-sixth of the retail value of the item. Not happy, not happy at all. Feels like bargaining through the ticket process to see how little they’ll refund. Like an insurance company trying to avoid or delay paying a claim.
