It is a good product works as advertised. Only negative I experienced is switching between jacking up and down lever is so hard to move.

Fast shipping great price ect. But after having this item for a bit, works great right out of the box. Ive used it for pulling 6x6 posts, shrubs, and even for jacking up sill plates. It has been johny on the spot never jumps or slips a notch. Only 2 cons i have found: tube handle is a litle short for it weight capacity , and the rubber grip given isnt glued so seems to want to slide off only when you didnt need it to; so first thing remove it or glue it on. [My sugestion to vevor is please in future just neural the handle and swege the end of the tube for ease of adding an extention tube and limiting hand slip off when things get sketchy out in the elements]

When it arrived and went to use it, spring and latches came off and not sure how to put back...cheaply put together
