i've been retired for 18 years i think it's about time i spent some money on making my job less troublesome. . I couldn't pass up this deal.
I'm 76 years old i have my own lift, many times i need a second hand to hold things up.
I formerly worked for medium sized utility.
I always used the small transmission jack to hold things up or even force them into position.
tough to beat at that price.

Nonya Good overall, plate not welded square
This is good overall and worked for me. I found the brackets and chains not useful as they are too close together for standard transmissions (in old cars). Also, you can only tilt the top plate one direction. My top plate was not welded square to the post that mounts to the piston, so it makes the transmission sit slightly angled.

Jack itself is great could benefit from some better casters they don’t roll that good under weight and seem to bending also it could benefit from some more height

The foot handle to jack it up broke first use, welder is able to fix it. Assembly instructions are non existent but not a very complicated assembly. Overall I’d buy it again. Expect to have to weld the handle but not that big of a deal

Purchased to drop the trany from my Mustang. Delivery was fast and assembly uneventful. Functionality for lifting and lowering was great.
The only issue we ran into is the casters aren't great as they don't like to change direction. Clearly that makes alignment during transmission install a bit more difficult as well as when trying to move the transmission around the shop.
