My trailer jack arrived damaged in shipping. I submitted a damage report with photos immediately. The only follow-up I’ve had from Vevor was to request more photos of the shipping packaging which I submitted immediately. No further response in 4 days. This is really poor customer support. Other companies would have a replacement on the way within a couple of days.

Worked one day, I should have sent it back but I was going camping, it’s not waterproof, it don’t like moisture, it don’t like the change in climate and causes moisture in it. Switches shorted out. I have to use it manually.

I purchased recently for my RV to make things a little easier. Wired directly to battery terminal posts and boom, worked like a champ for 2 back to back weekend trips. 3rd trip and it stopped going up electrically and would only go down electrically, so here I am hand cranking again!! I reached out to customer service to explain and they said the need pictures and a better explanation before contacting a technician. I replied with details about the functionality and issues I am having and told them that any technician would be able to understand from my description. I have heard NOTHING back from them. I live chatted and they put me through to a real human via chat, he said they have escalated my issue and someone would reach out very soon. I explained that I was getting ready for another trip this weekend and would really like to have my Jack functioning. Well here I am hand cranking away again and still waiting to hear from someone in technical support. I personally wish I had just paid the extra $45 and bought one from Harbor Freight, at least this way I could have returned and installed another one by now!!! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!

After about 3 weeks of use the jack went up and would not come back down

Once installed, it worked great. The next time I used it, it stopped retracting and the manual override is very difficult to turn. As of this review it has been over 48hours since I requested a Return/ Refund and all I have received is an email stating that they are reviewing my request and will get back to me within 48 hours. Not very happy at this point. Beware !

Know respond still have issues

Unit arrived, earlier, installed today 3/1/26 and no good, no power, fuse good . Maybe why it was 114.00. Cannot give it a review as it does not work , tried on my Chevy 2500 and my Ram 2500 7 pin and nothing, no power to run motor.

Cannot really give a review. I was shipped the wrong item. Instead of sending me what I ordered Customer Service just arbitrarily sent me a refund and told me to keep what I had. I didn't want what I had. I wanted what I ordered. SImple solution would have been to send me what I paid for and a return label for what I got. Vevor customer service could use some tweaking.

Product was DOA (even the manual crank was locked up) and took weeks for back & forth low ball offers before finally getting a refund. Did not order the same thing as a replacement.

Do not buy at no cost .it stop working in less than one week. Better u go habour fright. This jack is crap
