I installed this electric trailer jack easily. I plugged it into my truck connector, hooked up trailer to truck, moved the trailer, and it worked one time. Smelled like electrical burning. I had to use the hand handle to unhook it from my truck. I submitted a request for replacement and have gotten the run around. My choices were; 1. Technical Support: Upon receiving photos or videos, our engineers will analyze the issue and provide a professional solution. 2. Free Replacement: Return the original product, and we will send you a brand-new replacement. (If you choose this option, please confirm if you need to update your shipping address.) 3. Return and Refund: We can provide a prepaid return shipping label so you do not incur any shipping costs; we will issue a full refund once the return is confirmed. I was requested to send pictures and videos to show the issue. I sent two videos, one in .mov and the other in mp4, and I received an email after each video was sent saying that Vevors technicians could not open either video. So I am stuck with having to pay for shipping to send the jack back and when they decide that it doesn’t work, they will send me another one. Or return and refund, with this option VEVOR will send me a return shipping label. Why can’t they do that for a replacement? I am a new customer of VEVOR and this doesn’t sit well with me. I had heard VEVOR was a good product but their customer service sucks! I have yet been able to talk to a customer service representative, only the bot answering the questions and replying for the technician. I used it on a car trailer and it only lasted about 3 months. Both the switch and the light failed due to rain water.

The item arrived with no visible damage but the would not turn on and the plug was rattling. I HAVENT HAD TIME TO FIX IT YET

Quit working after 2 months. Only used it 3 times

I ordered this exact jack, one that was compatible with a 7 pin plug. What ordered was the the direct 12v version so I had to wire it directly to my battery. It certainly wasn’t what I bought or wanted but I guess the jack is okay.

The unit came out wired incorrectly… I had to take apart the 7pin connector and move wires around… so far I have it so my headlights need to be on in order for it to operate, but it’s better than nothing when I first plugged it in. Also, yes it’s slow, not a big deal…. But the throw on the isn’t very far. So when I put it on my truck’s receiver hitch, after getting the stand off the ground with the motor, I need to pull the pin to raise up the stand before I drive, I can’t just raise it all the way up with the motor. CHINA

TERRIBLE. 2 weeks into it being mounted it quit working. Terrible experience. And terrible product. The customer service is an absolute nightmare to.
