Replaced a failed hand crank jack. Great choice, game changer. Has worked great for 2 witners on my snowmobile trailer. Highly recommend.

Works as it should. No issues so far.

Works great, only problem is the weather proofing cover tore apart on the first use on the highway.

I love everything about this Jack with the exception of the LED lights, I’ll get to that in a minute. The Jack comes with a nice round plate and a secure latch pin that is great. Operational speed is also really good especially with a load on the trailer. The alternate mounting holes to angle the jack are excellent and prevent the truck bed from slamming down onto it. The on-board and wireless operation are fantastic, although the wireless isn’t really needed. Now, the LED lights… those are just downright terrible. Very dimly lit and not really useable at night. If it had brighter lights it would have gotten 5 stars.

Have it mounted on a car hauler. Although it slows a bit with a heavy tounge weight, it doesn't stall.

Great jack, great price, but the packaging needs work. There are 3 screws holding the top plastic in place. When I got mine, all 3 screws broke through the plastic causing the rubber gromet on top to push out. The fix was to simply pull the top off and put some washers around the screws. The light doesn't work which I'm assuming is for the same reason but I haven't bothered to investigate it. My guess is that someone dropped it upside down in transit. figure out better packaging and it would be 5 stars all the way around.
