It must be refund $11.09 + 13% tax = The total overcharged: $12.53

Tough to purchase something like this online. I thought it was much larger unit based on the original retail. This is a very portable smaller jack . Not something I’d use to lift a vehicle for an extended period of time or without additional stands.

I found myself needing a new jack after my 50-year-old 1.5 ton Craftsman jack retired when it wouldn't pump up. I bought this "heavier duty" jack as it's replacement. In 50 years, I expected better improvements. It takes 15 pumps to get 12" in the air to contact my rear axle, then 7 more to lift up the tire 2.5 inches. While it's better than nothing, using it is far from a great experience. It's almost like a toy that works when unwrapped.

Initial use of the Jack right out of the box , the Jack Would NOT operate properly , instructions specify to take off the cover over the top of the hydraulic pump and add fluid ! Who sells a 2.5 Ton Jack with not enough Hydraulic fluid in it ? Ok did that , works better , but now the protective cover will not go back on , instructions say take it to a professional ! So there it sits not being used , what a Waste of money . Thanks for nothing VEVOR .
