Good jack for the price. But needs better clips for the pins. Should upgrade the cheap clips for cotter pins. But other wise all and all a good jack

Seems to be of good quality other than you have to turn the control knob closed really hard or the ram will not lift a load, oil seems to by pass.

Only issue was resolved a day later was my only complaint but took care of the issue made it right vevor looks out for there customers

I bought this ram to replace an old jack with leaky seals in my engine hoist. The old jack had issues pumping up, but held its position indefinitely. I have had to have multiple Vevor rams as replacements, both with the same failure mode. The first new Vevor jack I got pumped up fine, but would quickly loose its pressure/position over a few hours time. Vevor sent me a replacement second ram, after a bit of back and forth with their technical support team. Unfortunately, the second ram has the exact same failure mode. Not matter how hard I tighten the hydraulic bleed valve, these rams will lose their position over just a relatively short period of time. It works okay to pick up an engine in the hoist, but I do not trust it to maintain that position for more then a few minutes, it will drop slowly with no load, I would not trust it unsupervised with a load. I've attempted to talk to a real person in the technical team, without success. I would like to know how to fix this as I have little confidence a third unit would be any different.

Bonjour Suite à notre commande de 2 vérins que nous avons reçu et installés Nous avons un problème sur 1 vérin qui fuit de l'huile au niveau du joint Et aussi un problème de clapet sur la pompe double piston qui devrait monté 2 fois quand on pompe Cela ne fonctionne pas ? L'autre marche très bien ! ce vérin fonctionne mais ne tient pas la charge dans le temps: il s'affaisse progressivement en quelques jours

produit recu deffectueux il fuit et ne tiens pas la charge dommage j'ai demandé l'assistance a voir

I bought 5 of these, and they worked great the first time. 6 months later, I go to use them again, only to find that 3 of the 5 had lost all of the oil, 1 lost half of the oil, and only 1 was still full. These are big jacks, and it takes a lot of time and oil to fill them back up. I feel like I just wasted $350 on these 5 jacks. I would definitely not recommend these.

Failed under the load. Communicating with support for refund

we purchased it to use on an existing engine hoist. The first time I used it It only pumped when the handle is going down. Since it is a double pump it should pump on the up and down stroke. With it only working 1 way it is extremely slow to raise anything. I contacted the website and have gotten no response as of yet .
