Very hard to raise and lower with handle

Didnt come with a plug, so now I have to figure out how to connect it to the truck....also doesnt stop on its own....once its all the way up or down it will continue to crank and grind so you have to baby sit it while in operation.

The Jack came quick , and works great but the plastic was scratched and 2 of the screw holes holding it onto the body were crack and appear to have been over tightened. The body of the jack was scratched but the packaging was normal and didn’t appear to have been damaged during shipping. I would have returned but had to make do with it and didn’t have time to return it. The jack itself operates very smoothly and is a great addition to my trailer

When I received the electric trailer jack the housing was cracked, I repaired it because it would be easier than sending it back.

I bought this to upgrade the crank style jack on my 2025 cargo trailer. It arrived in perfect condition and went one great. The problem is it only worked one time and then stopped working completely. I've checked fuses and the ground but its just dead. Doesn't light up or anything. I've bought several Vevor products but im pretty disappointed in this one.

Unit came with a broken housing. I contacted support after a few attempts as it’s only a bot that you text at first then got someone who after a few days decided they would send a new cover and it has taken 2 weeks so far still no cover thy shut down the text so you can’t respond unless you go through the entire process again. Awesome products as I have several items but if you have an issues it’s very hard to get resolved. I still don’t know if they sent a cover and my jack is still in the box waiting.

Didn't even last 6 months and it's broken. The switch literally fell apart.

It came packaged really good. Got it out of the box. The top rain cover was cracked. Pulled off my hand crank jack and installed this one and wouldn't work in the retract mode. It would only extend. After a few weeks going back and forth they finally decided to give ma a refund, only after they offered to give me $34 back. Then they offered to give me $68 back and keep the product. I said no, I want a full refund and you can have this junk back. They finally agreed

Worked one day, I should have sent it back but I was going camping, it’s not waterproof, it don’t like moisture, it don’t like the change in climate and causes moisture in it. Switches shorted out. I have to use it manually.

I purchased recently for my RV to make things a little easier. Wired directly to battery terminal posts and boom, worked like a champ for 2 back to back weekend trips. 3rd trip and it stopped going up electrically and would only go down electrically, so here I am hand cranking again!! I reached out to customer service to explain and they said the need pictures and a better explanation before contacting a technician. I replied with details about the functionality and issues I am having and told them that any technician would be able to understand from my description. I have heard NOTHING back from them. I live chatted and they put me through to a real human via chat, he said they have escalated my issue and someone would reach out very soon. I explained that I was getting ready for another trip this weekend and would really like to have my Jack functioning. Well here I am hand cranking away again and still waiting to hear from someone in technical support. I personally wish I had just paid the extra $45 and bought one from Harbor Freight, at least this way I could have returned and installed another one by now!!! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!
