Brought for my food trailer..great price and easy too install..like the adjustable leg with Carter pin.and the front light.it was a little faster I would give it a 5.

Went up went down work's great for my 32 foot travel trailer. easy to hook up and install. Will be Recommending

Works very well only drawback is it's a little slow. I've hooked mine up to a ryobi battery and an adapter.

The product works as expected. So far, I have been happy. I purchased it a few months ago. Installation is easy and I have successfully used the camper/trailer with no problems and the jack worked perfectly. The only complaint would be to check all parts when the box arrives, as the water proof cover for the jack was missing in the box.

It doesn’t come with mounting bolts. What a pain in the ass!! After finding the proper bolts to mount the jack. I used it twice and the 7 point plug quit working. It has loose wires in the plug because if you pinch the wires just right behind the plug it will work. I have been happy with most VEVOR items but not this Jack. Here comes the 50 AI generated emails asking for pictures of the packaging and crap that has nothing to do with not supplying bolts or the plug being bad from the start…..and no I am not tearing it off and sending it back. It will be easier to replace the plug and move on from VEVOR.

Found this jack works as it should. Seems to have enough power. Only issue is that it is very slow. About half the speed of my old Parker jack. Guess i must learn patience. Seems like its good for the price.

The Jack had cosmetic damage and looked to have been used. I suspect it was a previous return. Vevor was slow to address and refunded me 20.00 and I kept the Jack as functionally it is working.

Generally ok, functionally. 4 issues. 1 side cover, and rear cover screws right thru cover, noticed only 1 led light showing on initial installation and testing. Took cover off to fix screws (have to silicone parts of damaged holes. Circuit board for light was sideways and loose, and not in holder slots (there's actually 3 leds). Wires to switches just fell off, looked at connectors, and were all opened up, had to re-crimp to stay on.

I installed this electric trailer jack easily. I plugged it into my truck connector, hooked up trailer to truck, moved the trailer, and it worked one time. Smelled like electrical burning. I had to use the hand handle to unhook it from my truck. I submitted a request for replacement and have gotten the run around. My choices were; 1. Free Replacement: Return the original product, and we will send you a brand-new replacement. (If you choose this option, please confirm if you need to update your shipping address.) 3. Return and Refund: We can provide a prepaid return shipping label so you do not incur any shipping costs; we will issue a full refund once the return is confirmed. I was requested to send pictures and videos to show the issue. I sent two videos, one in .mov and the other in mp4, and I received an email after each video was sent saying that Vevors technicians could not open either video. So I am stuck with having to pay for shipping to send the jack back and when they decide that it doesn’t work, they will send me another one. Or return and refund, with this option VEVOR will send me a return shipping label. Why can’t they do that for a replacement? I am a new customer of VEVOR and this doesn’t sit well with me. I had heard VEVOR was a good product but their customer service sucks! I have yet been able to talk to a customer service representative, only the bot answering the questions and replying for the technician.
